
Design Architect - Remote

Responsibilities
Work on a variety of high-end hospitality projects as a design architect
Conduct feasibility studies, volumetric proposals, area calculations, and land plot analyses
Interpret design briefs and collaborate with client representatives
Perform design research and create presentations, mood boards, and reference materials
Generate architectural ideas and sketches, researching references and mood boards
Execute concept design development: massing proposals, volumetric studies, layouts, ergonomics, circulation, facades, and free-form designs
Develop volumetric studies into concept layouts, Revit (RVT) models, and foundational inputs for the CGI team
Refine concept layouts through schematic and detailed design stages
Collaborate with structural and MEP teams, and the local Architect of Record (AOR), ensuring optimal adaptation while preserving design intent
Support FF&E procurement with quantity calculations, material research, and detailing
Stay up to date with modern hospitality design trends, technologies, and materials
Mentor junior team members, supervise BIM modelers, and elevate storytelling/presentation skills
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
7–10 years of experience in architectural design
Experience with low-rise residential and hospitality projects (private homes, villas, hotels, resorts)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other sketch-oriented tools (Rhino, Lumion, Enscape)
Advanced/Fluent English (written and verbal)
