Design Architect - Remote

Location & Collaboration Format

Responsibilities

  • Work on a variety of high-end hospitality projects as a design architect

  • Conduct feasibility studies, volumetric proposals, area calculations, and land plot analyses

  • Interpret design briefs and collaborate with client representatives

  • Perform design research and create presentations, mood boards, and reference materials

  • Generate architectural ideas and sketches, researching references and mood boards

  • Execute concept design development: massing proposals, volumetric studies, layouts, ergonomics, circulation, facades, and free-form designs

  • Develop volumetric studies into concept layouts, Revit (RVT) models, and foundational inputs for the CGI team

  • Refine concept layouts through schematic and detailed design stages

  • Collaborate with structural and MEP teams, and the local Architect of Record (AOR), ensuring optimal adaptation while preserving design intent

  • Support FF&E procurement with quantity calculations, material research, and detailing

  • Stay up to date with modern hospitality design trends, technologies, and materials

  • Mentor junior team members, supervise BIM modelers, and elevate storytelling/presentation skills

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture

  • 7–10 years of experience in architectural design

  • Experience with low-rise residential and hospitality projects (private homes, villas, hotels, resorts)

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other sketch-oriented tools (Rhino, Lumion, Enscape)

  • Advanced/Fluent English (written and verbal)

  • Portfolio required
