Solution Engineer - Commerical

Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solution Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in delivering engaging demos and storytelling that effectively showcase our AI generated data exploration solution to potential customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving business value with analytics and be able to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences with practical data analysis/data science experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compelling product demos to showcase the business value of our intelligent data exploration solutions in the early stages of the sales cycle

• Effectively lead product training, evaluations, and POCs

• Work closely with the sales team and technology partners to understand customer needs and tailor demos and presentations to meet those needs

• Act as a product and analytics expert and provide guidance to both internal and external stakeholders

• Develop thought leadership in the field of intelligent data exploration

• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to provide feedback and insights that inform product development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Math, Statistics or STEM related field

• 5+ years of experience in a solution engineering or similar role

• Strong background in delivering demos and presentations that effectively showcase technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills

• Ability to quickly understand complex data analysis concepts and explain them in a clear and concise manner

• Experience working with enterprise software solutions; familiar with BI and ML technology landscape and data engineering ecosystem

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Hands on data analysis experience using platforms such as Tableau or PowerBI and/or familiarity with Python and R for data analysis/visualization

Highly Desirable

• Familiarity with supervised and unsupervised ML methods

• Familiarity with challenger sales approach
