
Product Designer, Mobile App
About the Role
Weave is seeking a Mobile App Designer to craft intuitive, high-quality experiences across iOS and Android that delight users and solve real problems. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate complex requirements into elegant, scalable mobile designs.
This role is ideal for a designer who sweats the details, thinks systematically, and is passionate about building mobile-first products from concept through launch.
Location: Fully Remote (India)
Reports to: Product Design Manager
What You Will Own
Design end-to-end user experiences for mobile features, from dashboards and data visualization to communication tools.
Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering partners to reimagine the mobile app strategy.
Partner with Product Managers to shape the vision and roadmap for Weave’s mobile app capabilities.
Design data visualization patterns and charting components that balance clarity, depth, and accessibility.
Leverage and extend Weave’s Design System for mobile and interface patterns.
Conduct user research with practice owners, office managers, and front-office staff to understand how they use the mobile app to run their businesses.
Use analytics tools (Pendo, Sigma, etc.) to measure and validate design impact.
Contribute to design culture through critiques, learnings, and mentorship.
Ensure quality and cohesion across design handoffs and implementation.
What You Will Need
3+ years of experience as a Product Designer (or equivalent education).
Strong UX and visual design fundamentals, especially in mobile app interfaces.
Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with prototyping and user research tools.
Comfort using analytics and research tools (Pendo, Sigma, Maze, etc.).
Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
Understanding of basic analytics concepts and how to make data accessible to non-technical users.
