Community and Social Media Manager

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this role isn't for the faint of heart. We need someone who can spin together stories that captivate, engage, and position webAI as the uncontested thought leader in local AI technology and innovation. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a content strategy that positions webAI as a thought leader in AI technology and innovation.

  • Conduct comprehensive research to develop a unique point of view on the AI landscape and create market trends that will serve as pillar content.

  • Create community-oriented content for a variety of platforms that drives organic traffic and engages our audience.

  • Develop and manage content across a variety of mediums, including video, to enhance audience engagement and reach.

  • Work with external agencies to oversee the creation of content and repurpose existing content for various platforms.

  • Define and maintain webAI’s voice and tone across all content to ensure brand consistency.


Requirements and Skills

  • 4+ years experience in content marketing, community, or media creation, preferably within the tech or AI industry.

  • You’re a storyteller at heart, but also understand how to develop and implement content strategies that align with business goals.

  • Strong research skills with the ability to analyze market trends and develop insights.

  • Proven experience in creating high-quality content, from written articles to videos and other multimedia formats—no clickbait, just substance.

  • Understanding of SEO best practices to drive organic traffic.

  • Stellar project management and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively with external agencies and internal teams.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.

  • Expertise in juggling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.

  • Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing startup environment.

  • An authentic enthusiasm and comfortability for AI and technology.
