Who we are looking for
Wildix is looking for a WordPress Web Designer to join our Marketing Team.
How You Will Make an Impact
Design creative graphical concepts in Figma and turn it into a WordPress site, setting up the theme and page layouts, using both page builders (e.g. Elementor) and code.
Ensuring web pages adhere to UX/UI principles and follow best practices for speed performance.
Update existing web pages with new designs and new content
Study and propose optimization solutions to improve the design and performance of corporate websites
Add translations of the designed pages in the required languages (Italian, French, German, Spanish)
Collaboration with the task owners (cross-team collaboration)
What You Bring to the Team
Expertise in WordPress with over 5 years of experience in template customization, editing tools (e.g., Elementor), and plugins.
Proficient in front-end development, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, including user-centered design and accessibility.Skilled in responsive web design, ensuring websites are visually appealing and functional across various devices.
Experience with on-page technical SEO to enhance website visibility and search engine rankings.
Conducts user research and A/B testing to analyze behavior and improve user experience and website performance.
Collaborative and independent work capability, effectively coordinating with teams and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with high accuracy in execution.
Proficient in English (B2 level), both written and spoken.

Knowledge and use of new AI tools for analyzing the customer journey
