Engine Programmer

We are searching for a talented Engine Programmer for a new project and multiplayer title developed on Unreal engine 5.

Responsibilities:

·       Implement/Integrate new technologies and features in the codebase

·       Research and Development of new features regarding System, Audio, Networking, Rendering etc.

·       Optimize/develop the game systems and data pipelines.

·       Collaborate with the technical director and leads on technical design and core tech and feature rollout.

·       Advise team on development of engineering system across the entire codebase.

·       Work with artists, designers, and other engineers to identify systems in need of maintenance, optimization and/or replacement.

·       Coordinate with the rest of the team to ensure a smooth roll out of new features.

·       Review the work of other engineers and provide mentorship to junior members of the team.

Requirements:

·       4+ years programming experience.

·       Shipped at least 1 game as engine programmer

·       Mastery of C/C++, with excellent multi-threaded programming techniques.

·       Experience with Unreal Engine is a big plus

·       Deep understanding of low-level optimizations and core subsystems, memory management, cross-platform development.

·       Relevant experience working on current and previous-gen consoles, especially regarding system development/console compliance requirements, console-specific features

·       Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience.

·       Expertise on at least one major platform

·       Advanced English skills

·       Understanding of 3D rendering algorithms and related mathematics is a plus.

·       Knowledge of DirectX, Vulkan and OpenGL is a plus.

·       Knowledge of HLSL/Cg is a plus
