About the opportunity:

We are looking for an Ecosystem Manager who can join us along this mission and vision. You’ll become an integral part of the Ecosystem team, which sets the overarching purpose, mission, and vision of WOO, giving clarity and basic guidelines for other teams to operate in. What you’ll be working on:

• Ecosystem Development: Developing and implementing strategies to enhance and diversify the ecosystem surrounding WOO. Identifying, evaluating, and initiating partnerships that align with our business objectives.

• Collaboration and Communication: Fostering collaboration between internal teams to maximize efficiency and resource utilization. Acting as a liaison between the Ecosystem team and other departments, ensuring alignment with company goals.

• Market Expansion: Contributing to the planning and execution of market expansion initiatives. Identifying and exploring new opportunities for user acquisition and engagement.

• Strategic Planning: Working closely with leadership to develop and execute the long-term vision for the ecosystem. Contributing insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making.

• Community Engagement: Nurturing relationships with existing partners and the wider crypto community. Driving initiatives to increase community involvement and loyalty.

About you:

• Proven experience in ecosystem development, partnerships, or business development within the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.

• Strong understanding of both centralized and decentralized trading platforms.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities.

• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Passion for the blockchain and cryptocurrency space.
