Creative Marketing Manager

We're hiring a Creative Producer with 3+ years of experience to lead the production of high-converting video ad content for paid traffic and social media.

Zeely is an AI-powered platform that generates viral UGC videos and ad creatives, and launches effective ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, helping small businesses grow their visibility and sales.

With over 100,000 users in the US, we're among the Top-5 players in our vertical by active user count. Zeely is growing 4x annually and has a team of 50+ professionals.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing

• Understanding of trends and best practices in video content for social media

• Upper Intermediate or higher level of English

• Creative mindset focused on metrics and outcomes

• Proactive and fast self-learner

Would be a plus:

• Experience working with mobile apps

• Experience with UGC content

Your key responsibilities:

• Generate and implement creative hypotheses and ideas to boost ad performance

• Search for content creators and influencers to shoot videos based on your briefs

• Analyze the performance of creative tests from UGC creators

• Stay on top of trends and source new creative concepts for advertising

• Monitor analytics and adjust creative strategies to improve conversion

• Collaborate closely with a Motion Designer and User Acquisition Manager
