
Social Media Manager
About This Role
As a Social Media Manager at 4KMEDIA, you will manage and execute social media strategies for client accounts across platforms. This is a performance-driven, execution-focused role requiring ownership, structured planning, and measurable output. You will work closely with designers, video editors, and performance marketers to ensure consistent content delivery, growth optimization, and accurate reporting. This role demands accountability, discipline, and analytical thinking.
Requirements
1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media management (agency experience preferred)
Proven experience managing brand accounts on Instagram and LinkedIn
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (preferred but not mandatory with strong portfolio)
Strong written and spoken English with the ability to adapt tone across brands
Practical experience using social media management platforms such as Zoho Social (publishing, monitoring, analytics, reporting) or similar tools
Clear understanding of performance metrics and structured reporting.
Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Planning Develop monthly content calendars aligned with client objectives. Identify platform-specific content formats and trends. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all content.
2. Content Creation & Coordination Write engaging captions and clear CTAs. Brief graphic designers and video editors with structured content outlines. Maintain quality control before publishing.
3. Community Management Manage comments, messages, and engagement across platforms. Maintain professional brand voice. Monitor audience sentiment and escalate issues when required.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting Track reach, engagement, follower growth, and lead performance. Submit structured weekly performance updates. Prepare detailed monthly reports with actionable insights. Use Zoho Social analytics dashboard for performance optimization.
5. Campaign Support & Growth Support Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns (where applicable). Align organic and paid efforts for better performance. Suggest improvement strategies based on data insights.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn growth mechanics
Familiarity with Zoho Social or similar social media management platforms
Strong writing and storytelling ability
Basic Canva knowledge
Strong time management and remote work discipline
Analytical mindset with attention to performance metrics
(Bonus) Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager

(Bonus) Graphic design fundamentals (layout, visual hierarchy, branding consistency)
