Responsibilities:
As an Amazon Advertising PPC Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Managing and optimizing PPC advertising campaigns on various Amazon Advertising channels, including Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand, Sponsored Display, and Sponsored Brand Video.
Developing and implementing client-specific Amazon advertising strategies.
Creating and building out campaigns, managing budgets, and updating bids.
Conducting A/B testing of ad copy and optimizing campaigns for optimal ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sale).
Creating and completing tasks related to campaign management and optimization.
Collaborating and communicating with both the internal team and clients.
Requirements:
2 years of experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns.
Amazon Advertising Certified.
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
2 years of experience working in a business environment.
2 years of customer-facing experience.
Proven interest in data-driven problem-solving (degree in marketing, finance, engineering, economics, or relevant work experience).

The candidate should actively participate in identifying new and improved processes to enhance productivity and profitability.
Salary, Benefits & Onboarding:
Full-time starting salary: $50,000 - $70,000.
Growth rate dependent on the timeline and success of client portfolio growth.
Senior specialists' salaries are evaluated quarterly, aiming to maintain a ratio of 25% of maintained client revenue.
Expectation to manage an average of 8-10 client accounts, with a minimum per account revenue of $2,000.
Client fees are determined by ad spend and range from $2,000 to $10,000, with an average of $3,000.

Onboarding:
During the approximately 6-week onboarding process, senior specialists will receive training in account audits, monitoring, report manipulation and analysis, and keyword research. They will work closely with other specialists and strategists, shadow new client onboarding, and attend current client meetings. After initial training, they will work with a partner specialist to gain hands-on experience while familiarizing themselves with the company's processes. As knowledge and experience increase, client assignments will become more significant and based on mutual confidence.
