Operations and Product Executive
The role
We are looking to hire an Operations & Product Executive to join our operations team. You will be at the heart of Abundance, supporting everything that goes into running an innovative, FinTech, local investment platform. The role would be to start as soon as possible.
Your job will cover a wide number of areas including platform administration, customer support, product development, compliance and business operations. If you’re looking for a new role in an exciting and growing area of financial services, working with a small and passionate team, we’d love to hear from you.
About Abundance
Abundance gives ordinary people the opportunity for their money to make a difference – for the planet and for their pocket. We let investors make investments that tackle the climate emergency and help build more resilient communities, by backing the councils who are trying to make a real difference.
Abundance launched in 2012 and our customers have invested £160 million through our platform to help achieve their financial goals without compromising on their values.
Our company growth is taking us into new and exciting areas. Our current focus is on developing our council investments into a mainstream UK investing product, working with more of the UK’s councils to deliver £100 millions of investment into local areas.
Abundance is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all people, and to providing a relaxed and flexible working environment free from discrimination.
Who you’ll be working with
Abundance is built on the beliefs, curiosity and versatility of its people. We are a small team, respectful of ideas and diversity, and committed to mentoring and growing people from within.
We are bold and creative in approach, but pragmatic in delivery. Above all, we stand behind Abundance’s mission to make money a force for the greater good, by taking on issues such as climate change, affordable housing and financial inequality.
You will principally be working within Operations, but you will be at the centre of everything Abundance does. As a small team you will be exposed to all areas of the business and be expected to input and contribute across a range of different roles.
We are a fully remote company and you will typically be working from home, with the option to work in shared workspaces close to home or meet up with team members. We are open to applicants anywhere in the UK, however some of your close colleagues live and work in London and in Gloucestershire - we have a small preference for applicants with easy access to any of London, Bristol or Stroud as it would give us more of an opportunity to meet up in person.

Your experience
There is no specific experience required for this role, however some work experience in any role would be valuable.
