Customer Growth Manager — Lead Client Growth & Delivery Execution

Grow Baby Grow (GBG) is a boutique marketing agency that builds backend systems that help local service businesses grow. We set up and manage CRM workflows, automations, lead generation, conversion and customer retention systems. We work primarily with home service companies and local business.

We are hiring a Customer Growth Manager to keep client growth predictable and operations organized. This role blends client management, project coordination, marketing systems, and data accountability. If you can create clarity, keep multiple teams moving, and prevent problems before they appear, you will do well here.

What You Will Do

  • Lead weekly and monthly client communication

  • Keep campaigns on track and launching on time

  • Coordinate Creative, Ops, Funnel, and Ads teams

  • Maintain Asana accuracy, documentation, SOPs, and client wikis

  • Build dashboards and deliver clear insights

  • Monitor conversion, retention, and recurring revenue

  • Manage the upsell and onboarding process

  • Identify risks early and resolve issues before they escalate

Salary: $2000 base. Total earnings can reach $3000 with performance bonuses and commissions tied to upsells.

Yes. There is a 2 to 4 week trial period focused on communication, organization, and execution. We evaluate responsiveness, clarity, and ability to manage accounts and tasks reliably.
Are there set hours I need to be working during the day?
You will work mostly in US business hours. The role is flexible, but you must be available for client calls, team coordination, and daily communication during core overlap hours. This is a full time role.
