Senior Creative Strategist - 8 Figure DTC Brand

We're an 8-figure DTC pet brand on a mission to become the number one player in our space. We help dog owners take care of their dog's teeth. Fresher breath, cleaner teeth, and fewer expensive vet bills down the line. We went from zero to eight figures in two years. We are nowhere near done.

-> What you'll do

You will own the creative department. You will lead a team of video editors and media buyers, and you will write the scripts for our VSLs, advertorials, and native ads.

You will also work closely with the founder. Together you will strategize, analyze market trends, and dig deep into our core avatar and sub avatars.

- At least 2 years of experience in direct response marketing for 7+ figure DTC ecommerce brands.

- AI native. You are a systems builder. You don't rely on AI, you use it to amplify your knowledge.

$4,000 to $6,000 per month base, plus performance bonuses (can easily reach $10,000 per month). Full-time remote.
