Sales Development Representative (Setter)

We aim to promote only from within. You have to prove you can set, before you can close. And once you do (and become a top rep) we are looking to develop you further.

We’ve had sales reps go from setter to closer, closer to senior leadership, and pretty much everywhere in-between.

What we expect from you

Responsibilities

  • High work ethic (Monday-Saturday)

  • Follow our proven sales process

  • Train with your coach daily

  • 200+ Dials per day

  • Manage your pipeline & follow up properly

  • Admin work for data collection

  • Be a team player

Results

  • 5 sets per day

  • 70% show rate

  • Minimum of 13 closes per month

Requirements

  • 6mo+ experience in an SDR/BDR role OR sold products for your own business

  • Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time

  • Open to learning new processes in sales

  • Exceptional over the phone (this is a requirement)

  • Excellent communication skills

Location

Remote, USA (option to re-locate for top performer)

Compensation

$65k Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (OTE $75k - $85k)

Our closers make $150-$200k+, top performing setters are eligible for promotion.
