About the Role

🎯 Mission You’ll Drive

Elevate Addi’s brand equity and campaign performance by leading a high-velocity creative team that blends world-class design craft with AI-augmented workflows. You will transform complex financial communications into visually distinctive, emotionally resonant, and scalable retail experiences that build deep consumer trust and drive market conversion.

  • Establish Design Excellence: Redefine visual standards and creative execution for major retail and financial product launches, achieving measurable uplift in brand sentiment and engagement within 6 months

  • Scale Creative Production: Increase asset output by 40% while maintaining 100% brand consistency through a modular campaign design system for digital, OOH, and retail channels

  • Architect the AI Design Layer: Integrate AI-assisted workflows (e.g., automated image generation, social formatting) to reduce production bottlenecks

  • Unify Cross-Channel Brand Voice: Implement creative governance and review processes to ensure zero visual regressions across public-facing assets

  • Upskill and Lead the Design Squad: Mentor the creative team on advanced design craft and AI fluency, ensuring all members meet elevated quality benchmarks within 12 months

✅ What We’re Looking For

Creative Leadership & Design Craft

  • 5+ years leading creative design teams in fintech, e-commerce, agencies, or startups

  • Portfolio demonstrating creative ambition and versatility across campaigns, OOH, digital, retail, social, and brand identity

  • Proven ability to set new visual standards and operationalize them through systems and templates

Visual Communication for Financial & Retail Campaigns

  • Experience designing for financial products or retail campaigns

  • Ability to make complex or regulation-adjacent communications clear, credible, and visually compelling

  • Versatility across OOH, retail activations, performance creatives, and landing pages

AI Fluency & Aesthetic Judgment

  • Hands-on integration of AI tools into production workflows

  • Strong aesthetic judgment to evaluate AI output critically and maintain brand safety

  • Ability to design guardrails, prompt libraries, and quality checklists for AI-assisted work

Systems Thinking & Operational Creativity

  • Experience building modular design frameworks and campaign systems

  • Strong cultural intuition to deliver creative ideas that feel unexpected yet on-brand

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborative style, clear feedback, and trust-building with non-design stakeholders

  • Ability to unify briefs from brand, copy, performance marketing, and product teams into coherent creative

Adaptability & Resourcefulness

  • Thrives in high-velocity, ambiguous environments

  • Resourceful in stretching budgets and balancing craft with speed
