Chief of Staff

As the Chief of Staff at AIApply, you will act as a strategic partner to the executive team, driving operational excellence and scaling our mission to democratize career success through AI. You will bridge the gap between high-level vision and execution, ensuring our suite of career tools—from the AI resume builder to the interview coach—reaches millions of job seekers efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Lead strategic planning processes and track progress against company-wide OKRs to ensure alignment with AIApply's growth goals.
- Act as a force multiplier for the CEO by managing high-priority projects and facilitating communication across product, engineering, and marketing teams.
- Optimize internal operations and workflows to support our rapid scaling and global user base.
- Prepare executive briefings, board materials, and investor updates that articulate our vision for the future of AI-driven job searching.
- Manage the 'office of the CEO' and oversee special initiatives, such as strategic partnerships or expansion into new market segments.
- Drive culture and organizational health by ensuring consistent communication of the company's mission and values.

Qualification

The ideal candidate is a high-velocity operator with ideally a background startup operations who excels at cross-functional leadership. You possess a unique blend of strategic thinking, financial acumen, and a 'get-things-done' startup mentality.

Required

- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, venture capital, or a high-growth startup environment.
- Exceptional project management skills with a proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from ideation to completion.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to both technical teams and investors.
- Deep familiarity with the AI landscape and a passion for career tech innovation.
- High degree of emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
