Enterprise Account Executive

Overview

AidKit is revolutionizing how aid reaches those who need it most. We're on a mission to empower nonprofits and governments to deliver aid and public benefits with unprecedented efficiency. We are seeking a Government Partnerships Manager to join our dynamic team.

About AidKit

AidKit’s cutting-edge technology transforms complex cash assistance programs into streamlined, secure, and dignified experiences. By seamlessly connecting applicants to vital resources, we're making aid radically accessible for diverse populations—including the unhoused and unbanked. From simplifying complex benefits modernization projects for state agencies to standing up efficient disaster relief programs, AidKit helps its partners deliver aid with dignity.

We were our own first customer—AidKit started as a nonprofit initiative born from the need to support systematically excluded workers during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic. Today, AidKit provides the technology backbone for some of the nation's most innovative public safety net programs, having distributed hundreds of millions of dollars to people in need.

As we continue to grow rapidly, the opportunity for impact is immense. Apply to join our team if you're seeking meaningful work in an environment that trusts your judgment and values your unique contributions.

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and mission-aligned Enterprise Account Executive to support and expand AidKit’s public sector impact. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain policy, advocacy and practitioner relationships in AidKit’s market(s)

  • Identify and attend events, meetings, webinars and conferences to build brand awareness

  • Own all stages of the sales cycle from prospecting to close, leaning on cross-functional team members as required

  • Work closely with the Proposal & Capture Manager to identify RFPs and draft winning proposals

  • Create and customize sales collateral and presentations as needed

  • Provide feedback from conversations with prospects to inform product and strategy.

About You

These are not firm “qualifications” required, we care more about the skills you exhibit and a growth mindset than checking boxes.

  • 5+ years’ experience in startup sales, business development, partnerships, or government consulting

  • Familiarity with government procurement processes or public sector sales cycles

  • Excellent written, verbal and relationship-building communication skills

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project coordination skills; strong analytical skills

  • Prior work with or within government agencies or civic tech organizations.

  • Comfort working in a startup or fast-paced, ambiguous environment

  • Passion for social impact and belief in AidKit’s mission; you care deeply about the mission of direct aid and supporting anyone who needs help, no matter where they come from
