Remote Inbound Sales Closer (PR / Media)

We’re looking for a high-level closer to own our inbound sales calls and enroll new clients into our specialized immigration PR services.

You’ll step into an established system: warm leads, a proven offer, a clear process, and strong support from leadership. No cold calling, no list-building—your job is to do 30-minute consultations with red-hot prospects, handle follow up communication, and sign up new clients.

Promo Panda helps top-tier professionals, founders, researchers, and creatives build the media track record they need for visas like the O-1 and EB-1A.

We’re an AI-first company: we use tools and automation heavily around our CRM (Close.com) to make follow-up, notes, and communication faster and sharper. You don’t have to be an engineer, but you do need to be comfortable working with Large Language Models (LLMs) like ChatGPT.

Compensation

  • $2,500 guaranteed monthly

  • On-Target Earnings ≥ $120,000/yr once ramped (commission-only, no cap).

  • Commission paid on collected revenue with a clear, transparent structure.

  • Average deal size of $4,800

  • Existing closers have averaged commissions of $9,300/month over the last 6 months, with top months at $13,000.

  • Warm inbound pipeline and an existing calendar of booked calls—you only handle inbound leads put directly into your calendar.

  • Training, scripts, and systems so you’re never guessing what to do next.

What you’ll do

  • Run structured, consultative sales calls with inbound leads (booked via ads, referrals, and partners).

  • Guide prospects through a multi-step sales process—most deals close via follow-up, not on the first call.

  • Own email follow-up: recap calls, handle objections, send Looms/resources, and keep threads alive until you get a clear yes/no.

  • Maintain clean pipeline updates, next steps, and deal notes in Close.com.

  • Learn our service offerings quickly and communicate value in clear, concrete language.

  • Stay aligned with key immigration-policy shifts (we provide training and resources).

  • Participate in regular coaching, call reviews, and strategy sessions to improve your numbers.

  • Give feedback to marketing and ops on lead quality, objections you’re hearing, and opportunities to refine the offer.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of inside sales/closing experience.

  • Strong setters who’ve been carrying part of the close and want to level up are welcome.

  • Proven ability to close service-based or high-ticket offers.

  • Comfortable working a commission-only structure as your primary focus.

  • CRM experience (any modern platform — we use Close.com).

  • Strong understanding of sales fundamentals from discovery → diagnosis → offer → close.

  • Excellent spoken and written English; you’re as sharp in email as you are on Zoom.

  • Comfortable working with AI tools and software — you like systems that make you faster.

  • Fast learner, coachable, and detail-oriented — you document, follow through, and follow up.

  • High integrity: you’re calm, factual, and don’t oversell, especially in high-stakes situations.

Preferred

  • Experience in PR, immigration, legal services, or similar professional services.

  • Familiarity with EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, or O-1 visa pathways (helpful but not required — we’ll train you).

  • Prior experience selling to founders, executives, or highly skilled professionals.

Role details

  • Remote role; US time zones preferred due to call times.

  • Expected availability: roughly 5-6 30-minute calls per day, 5 days per week, plus follow-up and admin (est. 1.5 hrs/day).

  • 1099 contractor arrangement.

  • High autonomy: you own your calendar, your pipeline, and your results, with leadership support rather than micromanagement.
