What You'll Own
We are looking to accelerate growth by bringing on a talented Technical Recruiter. Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in building high-performing product and engineering teams in fast-paced startup environments, with a focus on technical and customer-facing roles. You'll be instrumental in shaping our team and culture as we scale.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute AirOps' recruiting strategy, focusing on IC-level Engineering, AI, Product, Design, and Solution Architecture
Own the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and closing
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics
Implement and optimize recruiting processes to ensure efficiency and a positive candidate experience
Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
Manage relationships with external recruiting partners and agencies when necessary
Track and report on key recruiting metrics to continuously improve our hiring process
Your Experience:
5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a focus on startup or high-growth environments
Proven track record of successfully hiring for Engineering, Product, Design, and Solution Architecture roles
Strong understanding of the tech industry, SaaS business models, and AI/ML technologies
Experience with modern recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems
Familiarity with data-driven recruiting practices and metrics
Track record of building diverse and inclusive teams
Experience in employer branding and candidate experience optimization
Strong network within the tech industry, particularly in AI and SaaS sectors
Prior experience working in or recruiting for AI companies a plus

You have a growth mindset and are always looking to learn and adapt to new recruiting challenges
You're willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to meet hiring goals in a startup environment
