What You'll Own

We are looking to accelerate growth by bringing on a talented Technical Recruiter. Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in building high-performing product and engineering teams in fast-paced startup environments, with a focus on technical and customer-facing roles. You'll be instrumental in shaping our team and culture as we scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute AirOps' recruiting strategy, focusing on IC-level Engineering, AI, Product, Design, and Solution Architecture

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and closing

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics

  • Implement and optimize recruiting processes to ensure efficiency and a positive candidate experience

  • Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top talent

  • Manage relationships with external recruiting partners and agencies when necessary

  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics to continuously improve our hiring process

Your Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a focus on startup or high-growth environments

  • Proven track record of successfully hiring for Engineering, Product, Design, and Solution Architecture roles

  • Strong understanding of the tech industry, SaaS business models, and AI/ML technologies

  • Experience with modern recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems

  • Familiarity with data-driven recruiting practices and metrics

  • Track record of building diverse and inclusive teams

  • Experience in employer branding and candidate experience optimization

  • Strong network within the tech industry, particularly in AI and SaaS sectors

  • Prior experience working in or recruiting for AI companies a plus
