
Sales Development Representative
The SDR role at AiSupervision provides a unique opportunity - we're looking for talented, ambitious SDRs who can manage high-velocity top-of-funnel sales qualification, while also navigating a very strategic sales process.
As a SDR, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying new customers and channel partners for AiSupervision. We’re building a team from the ground up that will require a “winning” attitude, a high sense of urgency, and a passion for sales. As the first SDR at AiSupervision, you will have the opportunity to help shape processes and build the pipeline to support our CEO immediately. Responsibilities
Development and implementation of strategies for outbound lead generation
Research, identification and approach of new potential customers
Resolution and clarification of the requirements of our target group
Building relationships to establish an engaged dialogue with our target customers
You will be collaborating and learning directly from our CEO Sascha
Owning the early stages of the sales process - generating and qualifying new sales leads
Requirements
You already have experience in exchange with customers, preferably in the B2B area (eg: call center, event management, etc.)
You are passionate about software products and ready to work with them
You identify yourself as an active listener who communicates purposefully and with conviction and is always proactive
You can create trust and enthusiasm with potential customers through your positive, energetic and creative way
You demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills in written and spoken German‍
