Junior Amazon Listing Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Amazon Specialist to join our e-commerce team. The Junior Amazon Specialist will work closely with our Amazon experts to assist in managing and optimizing Amazon accounts, product listings, and advertising campaigns. 

Responsibilities

  • Product Listing Management: Assist in creating, updating, and optimizing product listings on Amazon, including adding high-quality images, detailed descriptions, and competitive pricing. 

  • Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-converting keywords for Amazon product listings. 

  • Amazon Advertising: Support the setup and management of Amazon Advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands, to improve product visibility and sales. 

  • Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations. 

  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct research on competitor activities, pricing strategies, and product offerings on Amazon. 

  • Performance Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on sales, traffic, and advertising performance to identify trends and areas for improvement. 

  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and reviews on Amazon to maintain a positive brand reputation. 

  • Amazon Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines in all activities. 

  • Stay Informed: Stay updated on industry trends, Amazon platform changes, and best practices in e-commerce. 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)

  • 3-5 years of Amazon Seller Central experience 

  • Basic understanding of e-commerce and online marketplaces

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis (preferred)

  • Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central 

  • Knowledge of third-party Amazon tools and software (e.g., Helium 10, Sellics) is a plus
