We are developing a high-scale, cross-platform messaging ecosystem spanning iOS, Android, and Web. Our focus is on delivering a seamless user experience while maintaining top-tier performance and reliability. We need a Product Manager who will take end-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle and drive a communication platform used by millions of people daily.
This role is for you if you thrive in a fast-paced B2C environment and know how to balance user needs with business goals. You excel at collaborating with tech leaders and designers to deliver high-quality features that resonate with customers. Salary:
16,000-22,000 PLN net/month B2B
13 300 - 18 250 PLN gross/ month UoP
Job requirements
What do we need for this position?
Monitor product metrics and strategically important KPIs
Develop and maintain product strategy and roadmap aligned with stakeholders
Lead product discovery initiatives
Work as part of a product trio, collaborating closely with designer and tech leader
Act as Scrum Product Owner for a cross-functional team of developers, QA, and designers
Prioritize and organize work, ensuring timely delivery of product increments
Analyze feedback from Customer Support, mobile app store reviews, and quantitative data
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
3+ years of experience in Product Management, with proven experience in B2B and B2C products
Strong experience with roadmap planning, and end-to-end product delivery
Experience leading product discovery and experimentation initiatives
Writing excellent product documentation
Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to collaborate with C-level managers
Experience working in Scrum/Agile environments as Product Owner
Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics)
Experience with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma)
Excellent communication skills in English (C1 or higher)
Data-driven mindset with ability to validate hypotheses and measure outcomes
Nice to have:
Experience with mobile applications (iOS/Android) and cross-platform products
Experience with social listening/messaging applications
Decent data-analysis skillset (introducing custom KPI’s or metrics, identifying events to track, creating custom Google Analytics panels/dashboards)
Ability to run workshops or presentations
