Atlas Technica is seeking a Junior Project Coordinator. The Junior Project Coordinator is a detail oriented, coordination and administrative role responsible for providing support to the Cloud Engineering Team. Project Tasks are not limited and are expected to vary, depending on the overall workload of the Engineering Team and the specificity of each project. Tasks such as monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets and organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings as well as ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and update project progress, schedules, work hours, of multiple projects and discuss with other members of the team; identify possible problems/risks and escalate

  • Planning meetings and organizing project logistics

  • Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings

  • Work with reporting of IT teams and preparation of monthly reports (time logs).

  • Track developer's performance ratio (estimated h/reported h.).

  • Informing as for new & existing policies, admin updates, upcoming tech talk, other company updates, etc.

  • Preparing be-weekly Status Reports.

  • Work with the existing project managers on the improvement of business processes.

  • ‌‌Set up new processes in pair with the existing project managers.

  • Creation and updating Project Documentation. Editing and assisting in creating project documentation.

  • Creation and updating Project KPIs.

  • Requirements clarification, and business analysis of high-level requirements.

  • Gathering project status updates and data from various team members. This involves effective communication with team members and accuracy in collecting up-to-date information.

  • By manager supervision — managing and maintaining the project tracking tool. This includes adding new tasks, updating their status, monitoring changes, and estimation checks.

Requirements:

  • Work experience of 6+ months in the following roles: Project Manager or Project Coordinator in IT, or positions in management.

  • Upper-intermediate English level.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Sheets, etc.

  • Good at performing administrative duties.

  • Strong desire to learn and grow in the IT industry.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.

  • Multitasking.

  • Ability to work on tight deadlines

Desirable Qualities:

  • Experience working with requirements clarification, and business analysis of high-level requirements.

  • Completed thorough training in courses on Project Management in IT, accompanied by practical experience.

  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum/Kanban.

  • Familiar with Jira or similar.

  • Understanding of SDLC.

  • Comfortable performing non-Project related tasks to reinforce strength throughout the company when and where needed
