 My client is a marketing company with a strong focus on events, both physical and virtual. Experience in event management is critical due to the unique stress and activity patterns associated with event preparation and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Growth Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to scale our marketing efforts, focusing on increasing traffic, conversion rates, and overall engagement.
Event Management: Oversee and manage the planning and execution of both physical and virtual events, ensuring seamless coordination and handling the stress leading up to events.
Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with a diverse team, managing multiple people in different countries who are handling various aspects of our marketing campaigns.
Project Management: Wear multiple hats and ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within scope. Coordinate with team members to achieve goals.
Online Marketing Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of online marketing, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising. Implement online tech and automation to enhance marketing efforts.
Organized and Proactive: Stay ahead of tasks, be highly organized, and proactively address challenges to keep projects on track.

Qualifications:
