Business Analyst

About the role:

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be the vital link between our technology capacity and business and clients' needs by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, testing and deployment tasks of our software products' features.

What you will do:

  • Cooperating with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs,

  • Collecting and analysing requirements and forming them into business and technical documentation

  • Maintaining and upgrading product documentation

  • Helping to deliver product plans with help of product owners

What you will bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in the role of Business Analyst in a software development environment

  • Ability to gather and analyse complex requirements

  • Extensive experience in creating, maintaining different types of technical and business documentation in the form of user stories, use cases, BPMN and UML diagrams, business rules, etc

  • Familiar with agile development practices

  • Familiar with cloud-based software solutions

  • Experience of interaction and interviews with the different stakeholder types

  • MsC, BsC in related field

  • Fluent English

Would be a plus:

  • experience in the hearing care or health insurance industry

  • experience in ERP, CRM systems

You are:

  • Self-driven person that sticks to deadlines and does not require micromanagement

  • Have strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact with both the development team and stakeholders.

  • Have an attitude for identifying problems and devising efficient solutions

  • Able to travel to HQ/customer - EU, UK
