
B2B Marketing & Lead Generation Expert
About the Role
We are looking for a high-momentum SaaS Marketing & Lead Generation Expert to accelerate our pipeline growth. This isn’t a role for someone who waits for a checklist; we need a 'manager-of-one' who thrives on autonomy, moves fast, and takes full ownership of the lead-to-revenue engine.
This is a fully remote position.
What You’ll Do
Lead Generation & Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across digital channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, SEO/SEM).
Create and manage landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion paths to maximize lead quality and volume.
Build and optimize lead nurturing workflows and automated campaigns to move prospects through the funnel.
Sales & CRM Collaboration
Work closely with the sales team to define MQL/SQL criteria and ensure smooth lead handover.
Manage and segment leads within the CRM (e.g. HubSpot or similar tools).
Continuously align marketing activities with sales goals and pipeline targets.
Analytics & Optimization
Track and analyze key performance metrics such as CPL, conversion rates, and ROI
Run A/B tests on ads, emails, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
Use data and insights to make informed decisions and propose improvements.
Content & Messaging Support
Support the creation of content (blog posts, case studies, webinars, newsletters) aimed at inbound lead generation and audience education.
Ensure consistent messaging tailored to SaaS and B2B target audiences.

Must-have:
2+ years of experience in B2B or SaaS marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation.
Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels and paid campaigns.
Experience with CRMs and marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay).
Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with performance data.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Nice-to-have:
Experience with inbound and content-driven growth strategies.
Knowledge of SEO/SEM and conversion rate optimization.
Understanding of SaaS metrics such as CAC, MQL → SQL conversion, and pipeline contribution.
