The Role
We're looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team as a client-facing sales specialist.
You'll convert incoming leads into long-term clients by understanding their business challenges and demonstrating how our expertise can drive real results.
This isn't cold calling. You'll work with warm leads who have already expressed interest in our services. Your job is to listen, educate, and guide them toward the right solution.
What You'll Do
Handle inbound inquiries via phone, video calls, email, and text
Qualify leads and identify their business needs and advertising goals
Explain marketing services to business owners (including those unfamiliar with digital marketing)
Guide prospects through our sales process from initial contact to close
Manage multiple leads simultaneously while maintaining personalized attention
Work with business owners seeking help with suspended Google Ads accounts
What We're Looking For
Required:
3+ years of sales experience (B2B or digital marketing sales preferred)
Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities
Comfort working independently in a remote environment
Proficiency with CRM software and digital sales tools
Ability to work during Central Time business hours

Compensation
Base compensation: $2,000/month
Commission: Uncapped earning potential (top performers regularly exceed $6,000/month total)
