Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

b-cube.ai is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager who is entrepreneurial, data-focused, and hands-on across all areas of the marketing function. They will be responsible for developing and executing customer acquisition campaigns and focusing on acquiring new customers in order to grow the brand.

We aspire to be the one-stop shop for retailers & institutions for all their crypto trading needs by providing AI-driven infrastructure for expert traders to build their strategies of any level of complexity with or without any coding skills & rent them to investors to generate passive income on our marketplace. And also to provide custodian, market-making & brokerage services for institutional clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Find and address issues in the marketing funnel to prevent and reduce customer churn

  • You will manage and support activities across all stages of the customer experience: customer acquisition, activation, retention, and up-selling

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of growth marketing campaigns, with a focus on content marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising

  • Build, own, and be accountable for the entire marketing funnel

  • Find opportunities to rapidly grow customer acquisition

  • ROI-driven marketing strategies that drive the direction of landing pages, websites, copy, layouts, and funnels that are designed to convert

  • Create brand marketing campaigns (in collaboration with relevant internal teams) that will be aimed at increasing brand awareness and engaging with existing audiences

  • Develop, monitor, and improve live campaigns, analyze websites and funnels, and prepare performance analysis reports that identify areas of opportunity.

  • Provide reporting to the senior management team against agreed performance measures, and provide insights on future strategies

  • Leverage analytic tools (Google Analytics, Think with Google, and Google Trends) during market research to find ways to enhance the company’s marketing efforts

  • Ensure the company blog, social media accounts, and website are continuously updated and optimized to provide a great user experience

  • Compile performance reports to brief executive leadership on marketing initiatives and product performance and provide recommendations on improvement strategies

  • Stay on top of the latest trends and emergent issues in our industry (business model changes, new tools, products, and features)

Requirements

  • Our ideal Growth Marketing Manager will have:

  • A positive "can-do" attitude, with a desire to extend existing skills and be a problem solver

  • An ROI-driven Direct Response marketing strategy

  • A mind that analyses & seeks out opportunities and experiments with campaigns to continuously optimize conversions and improve the customer experience

  • A solid understanding of how Direct Response, Digital Strategy, Optimisation, Sales Funnels, UX, UI, page performance, Google AdWords, SEO, and Facebook Ads affect and can improve conversion rates

  • Outstanding time management skills and attention to detail.

  • Proven track record of successful growth campaigns for B2C companies.

  • Prior experience in the FinTech industry and deeply passionate about cryptocurrencies. Any experience in Web3/Crypto industry would be a huge plus
