
Operations Support (Philippines - 6 Month Contract)
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Support Associate to join our team for a 6-month contract. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is interested in building experience in fund administration operations and process execution.
In this role, you will support day-to-day operational tasks across a portfolio of investment funds, execute standardized workflows within our queue management system, and help maintain accurate operational data. You will work closely with operations professionals across multiple departments to ensure processes are completed accurately and on time.
The Operations Support Associate will report to an Operations Manager and support workflows on Fund Services. This role is well-suited for candidates who are highly organized, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
You Will
Execute daily operational tasks within Flowdash workflow queues according to established procedures
Process routine administrative tasks including data entry, document organization, and status updates
Monitor and respond to operational requests and inquiries following standard operating procedures
Support wire processing workflows by preparing documentation and tracking approvals
Assist with organizing and filing fund documents, investor records, and operational correspondence
Maintain accurate data across multiple systems and flag discrepancies to senior team members
Help prepare standard operational documentation using templates and established formats
Coordinate with internal teams to gather required information and documentation
Track task completion against service-level agreements (SLAs) and escalate issues when needed
Follow detailed process documentation and checklists to ensure accuracy and consistency
Participate in process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions
You Have
1–3 years of experience in operations support, administrative roles, back-office operations, or customer service
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step procedures accurately
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Comfortable learning and working with new software tools and systems
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely during US business hours overlap
Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Excel, Docs, Sheets)
Experience with financial reconciliations (a plus, not required)
Experience with CRM systems, workflow tools, or data entry platforms (a plus, not required)
Background in finance, banking, BPO, or financial operations (a plus, not required)
Work Arrangement
This is a fully remote position based in the Philippines for a 6-month contract. Some overlap with US business hours may be required for team collaboration and urgent requests.
