We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer and Operations Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
Address customer concerns, questions, and service requests professionally and efficiently.
Handle service cancellations and rescheduling requests, adhering to our company policies.
Provide information about our services, promotions, and pricing to potential new clients.
Operations Support:
Assist with scheduling and dispatching cleaning teams to client locations.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely completion of jobs and address any issues that arise.
Update and maintain customer records and job details in our scheduling system.
Monitor job progress and communicate any changes or delays to the clients.
Work with the management team to optimize operational workflows and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bilingual in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) is preferred.
Proven experience in customer service or operations support, preferably in the service industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient with computers and common software applications (e.g., CRM systems, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite).
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience working in a remote or virtual support role.
Knowledge of the cleaning industry is a bonus but not required.
