What You’ll Be Doing:

• Analyze business and sales performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities

• Create and maintain dashboards and reports for real-time visibility

• Support Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance with data-driven insights

• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making across all departments

• Help improve and maintain CRM data integrity

• Track KPIs and generate daily/weekly/monthly reports

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a Data Analyst or similar role (1+ years preferred)

• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)

• Knowledge with CRM tools and automation tools (Zapier, GHL, etc.)

• Excellent communication and attention to detail

• Driven, competitive, hungry to learn and ready to perform

• Sales experience — a plus!
