Responsibilities

Content Strategy Development

  • Develop and implement a TikTok growth strategy aligned with brand objectives, focusing on increasing followers, engagement, and overall brand visibility.

  • Analyse competitor TikTok accounts and provide insights to craft a distinctive, impactful content approach.

  • Identify trending topics, formats, and sounds to capitalise on viral opportunities within the Web3 space.

Content Creation & Production

  • Conceptualise, script, and produce creative TikTok videos, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, including educational, promotional, and viral content.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all content.

  • Work with hosts or influencers when appropriate to deliver engaging, personality-driven videos.

  • Repurpose TikTok content for other platforms such as Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts to maximise reach and engagement.

Community Engagement

  • Monitor comments, engage actively with the community, and foster a strong, authentic connection with the audience.

  • Collaborate closely with the social media team to cross-promote TikTok content across other platforms, ensuring cohesive and consistent brand messaging.

Data-Driven Optimisation

  • Track and analyse TikTok performance metrics, delivering regular reports and actionable recommendations to optimise content and strategy.

  • Experiment with various content formats and posting schedules to identify those that generate the highest engagement.

  • Stay up to date with TikTok algorithm updates and platform best practices to continuously refine and enhance overall performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a TikTok strategist, content creator, or producer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful TikTok campaigns.

  • In-depth understanding of TikTok’s platform, algorithm, trends, and user behaviour, particularly within the crypto and Web3 ecosystem.

  • Strong creative vision and video production capabilities, with the ability to film, edit, and publish high-quality content independently.

  • Excellent communication skills, adept at simplifying complex concepts and presenting them in an engaging, relatable way.

  • Prior experience collaborating with or managing TikTok agencies is a strong advantage.

  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities simultaneously, and adapt swiftly to evolving needs.

  • Solution-oriented and resilient, with a creative mindset for overcoming challenges and driving results.

  • Proficiency with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut) and TikTok analytics platforms.

  • Genuine passion for Web3, cryptocurrency, and emerging technologies, with an eagerness to stay ahead of industry trends.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven ability to build, manage, and scale a TikTok account, including developing structured processes and content guidelines for consistent growth.

  • Strong understanding of cross-platform content strategies, particularly how TikTok content can complement and amplify engagement across Instagram, YouTube, and X.

  • Awareness of TikTok agencies, creators, and partnership opportunities that can strengthen brand presence and extend reach.
