Given our exceptional growth, we are expanding and hiring a Regional Director of Mexico to join us on this exciting journey. The Regional Director of MX (Cybersecurity) leads the Consulting team in MX while also serving as the visible head of Bishop Fox’s operations in MX. This role strikes a perfect balance between overseeing the well-being of all employees in MX and collaborating with various key business stakeholders to guide and support regional business initiatives. The role entails facilitating timely and effective two-way communication between senior Bishop Fox leadership and staff in Mexico.

Responsibilities

  • Manage teams of offensive security professionals to meet company targets while maximizing customer satisfaction and ensuring employee wellness and engagement.

  • Act as the main point of contact for the MX region, connecting with leaders in both MX and the US to understand regional team sentiment, and advocating for the needs of the team.

  • Partner with key business stakeholders to develop initiatives connected to the MX region such as Delivery process improvements, marketing events, recruiting efforts or sales opportunities.

  • Helps to align customer goals with delivery during all phases of the sales and delivery cycles. Communicates effectively both internally and externally.

  • Can author any department policy or process. Provides clear and transparent updates on progress, challenges, and strategic initiatives to all audiences.

  • Acts as the primary lead for quality-related escalations be it client or personnel. Coordinates client escalations effectively with service line and department leads as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Internal leadership/team management experience with large teams.

  • Experience in a professional services firm.

  • Exemplary people management skills, including performance monitoring, career growth, inspiration, and fostering a positive work environment.

  • Strong self and team organizational skills.

  • Fluent in English.

  •  10+ years of progressive management experience within the cybersecurity industry is preferred.

  • Ability to manage a budget/P&L/future planning.

  • Superior communication skills and the ability to connect with people at all levels including internal teams, direct reports, clients, and our executive leadership team. 

  • Willingness to travel domestically within MX once a month and internationally into the US
