Executive Assistant

About the Executive Assistant Role

BNB Tribe is hiring an Executive Assistant to work directly with the founder. This is a role that was created to support the founder with business and personal tasks. Overall, the EA will be helping the founder save time and streamline specific tasks. 

James has prepared training materials to make the transition into the role as smooth as possible. The new EA will have the support they need to learn the company, the role, and be positioned for success. The first two months on the job will be training with the founder. You’ll also have first-hand experience and training in real estate investing and short-term rental management. 

After training, the new hire will be communicating with the founder regularly and will be autonomous with the responsibilities. 

Responsibilities of the Job:

  • Managing reports

  • Transfer and organization of data

  • Organizing travel plans and appointments 

  • Communicate with the team to ensure certain task completion

  • Property management coordination of James’s personal properties

  • Setting deadlines and timelines for tasks and managing their completion

  • Handle the administrative tasks currently on James’s desk

As the EA becomes more comfortable in the role, there’ll be opportunities for more responsibilities and projects. In addition to helping the founder manage their work, they’ll also be helping the rest of the team in specific capacities.


  • This is a remote role. The new hire needs to be located within the Americas to have their workday overlap with James’s. 

  • There is some flexibility with the hours. However, since the new hire will be supporting the founder, they need to be available when they’re working during U.S. business hours. 

  • This is a part-time, long-term, contractor role, salaried, paid bi-weekly or monthly. 

Who You Are

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience as an EA, VA, or in a related field. What’s most important for our new hire is to be driven, have passion for the industry, and have a can-do attitude. 

Our ideal candidate sees the opportunity with this job and company, is excited about the industry, and is willing to give it their all to excel. 


  • Minimum 1 year of experience

  • Located anywhere in North or South America

  • Strong written and spoken communication

  • Experience working remotely during set hours

  • Native or near-native English level

  • Passion or interest in the real estate industry 

  • Attention to detail and pride in your work

  • Project management and scheduling experience

Nice to Haves

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant

  • Experience in real estate

  • Experience with answering emails and phone calls on behalf of an executive

  • Customer support experience
