Position Summary:
Bolt Farm Treehouse, a leader in experiential hospitality, seeks a sharp strategist to join our marketing team and amplify our online presence. In this pivotal role, you'll be the architect of compelling campaigns, the curator of captivating content, and the data-driven driver of brand awareness and bookings.
Your Arena:
Design and execute high-performing paid social media campaigns across key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Craft strategically targeted ads that resonate with our audience, sparking curiosity and igniting a desire to experience Bolt Farm
Develop engaging ad copy and creatives that tell our story, capture attention, and drive conversions
Master the art of audience targeting, leveraging demographics, interests, and behaviors to reach the right people at the right time
Analyze campaign performance, extracting insights to optimize strategy and maximize ROI
Collaborate with the marketing team to build synergy and amplify our voice in the social landscape
Stay ahead of the curve, constantly honing your skills and keeping our approach fresh and impactful
You will be directly responsible and accountable for budget line items.

Must have a solid understanding and grasp of the following skills:
Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat) and their advertising tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager). Understanding the nuances and best practices for advertising on each platform is crucial.
Audience Segmentation: Ability to identify and segment target audiences based on demographics, interests, behaviors, and more, to tailor advertising campaigns effectively.
Creative Thinking: Skills in conceptualizing and creating engaging ad content, including copywriting and visual design. A keen eye for what makes content compelling to different audiences is key.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance data to measure success and ROI. Familiarity with analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) and social media platform's native analytics is essential for making data-driven decisions.
Budget Management: Ability to allocate and manage budgets efficiently across campaigns and platforms to maximize return on investment. This includes understanding bidding strategies and cost controls.
Ad Optimization: Skills in continuously testing and optimizing campaigns through A/B testing of ad copy, visuals, targeting options, and placements to improve performance and achieve campaign objectives.
Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive paid social media strategies that align with the overall marketing goals of an organization.
Understanding of SEO: While primarily focused on paid strategies, having a basic understanding of SEO can help in creating synergies between paid and organic efforts on social media.
Copywriting: Crafting compelling ad copy that resonates with the target audience, drives action, and adheres to the voice of the brand.
Graphic Design and Multimedia Production: Basic to intermediate skills in graphic design and multimedia content creation (using tools like Adobe Creative Suite) to produce visually appealing ads.
Knowledge of Regulatory and Platform Guidelines: Awareness of advertising regulations and compliance with each platform's advertising guidelines to ensure campaigns are approved and run smoothly.
Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including content creators, graphic designers, and sales teams, as well as communicate campaign progress and results to stakeholders.
Trend Awareness: Keeping up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and new technologies to adapt strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
Customer Insight: Understanding customer behavior and preferences on social media to inform targeting and messaging strategies.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with ad tech, such as pixel implementation, ad tagging, and custom audience creation, to track and attribute conversions accurately.
