
Senior Lifecycle Marketing Specialist

As a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist in our Marketing Operations Team, your purpose will be to build and scale segmented lifecycle programs that drive sustained engagement, improve long-term retention, and increase customer lifetime value (LTV) across our global beauty, health, and wellness marketplace. You’ll be part of a dynamic team collaborating closely with Martech, Data, and Product, to deliver exceptional customer journeys for both providers and customers.
Your Responsibilities:
Strategically design and deploy multi-channel lifecycle campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-app).
Optimize customer journeys through data-driven A/B testing and segmentation.
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional, personalized customer experiences.
Analyze and report on key metrics, driving continuous improvement and ROI.
Requirements
Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…
5+ years of proven experience in Lifecycle/CRM marketing within a SaaS or two-sided marketplace environment, driving user engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
Deep understanding of customer journey mapping and multi-channel campaign optimization (email, push, SMS, in-app).
Strong analytical skills with A/B testing, segmentation, and experience using marketing automation tools (Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, etc.).
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver customer-centric messaging and experiences.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Fluent English.

Experience in a PLG environment.
Experience in building journeys that focus on both B2B and B2C customers.
