About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HubSpot Solutions Consultant to join our team. In this client-facing role, you will work directly with B2B SaaS companies to optimize their HubSpot implementation, streamline business processes, and maximize their ROI. You’ll take ownership of designing and implementing sophisticated solutions tailored to clients’ needs, while managing integrations across multiple platforms.

This role blends technical expertise with strategic consulting, requiring a deep understanding of HubSpot’s ecosystem and a consultative approach to client relationships. If you’re passionate about helping businesses grow through effective use of technology, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Client Strategy & Partnership

  • Conduct in-depth audits of clients’ HubSpot instances, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

  • Partner with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored, strategic solutions using HubSpot’s capabilities.

  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through marketing operations best practices, HubSpot optimizations, and technology stack improvements.

  • Lead client onboarding, discovery sessions, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).

  • Communicate technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

HubSpot Implementation & Optimization

  • Design and implement automated workflows to streamline marketing, sales, and customer success processes.

  • Configure and optimize deal pipelines to align with clients’ unique sales methodologies.

  • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to track KPIs and demonstrate ROI.

  • Develop effective multi-channel campaigns within HubSpot, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and retargeting strategies.

  • Optimize HubSpot’s lead routing, assignment rules, and lead scoring models.

Integration Management

  • Set up and manage complex integration architectures between HubSpot and third-party platforms such as:

  • ZoomInfo

  • Zoom Webinar

  • Revenue Hero

  • Chili Piper

  • Clay

  • Ensure data integrity and seamless synchronization between HubSpot and other platforms.

Enablement & Documentation

  • Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing support to client teams on HubSpot best practices.

  • Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for client implementations to ensure consistency and scalability.

  • Stay updated on HubSpot’s evolving features and proactively share insights with clients. 

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years of experience working with HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.

  • Proven experience implementing and managing third-party integrations.

  • Deep understanding of HubSpot’s core features, including workflows, deal pipelines, campaigns, and reporting.

  • Strong experience with HubSpot’s email marketing tools and CMS Hub.

  • Expertise in lead routing, assignment rules, and lead scoring methodologies.

  • Track record of successful client implementations and process optimizations.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HubSpot certifications (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or CMS Hub).

  • Experience with CRM migration and integration projects.

  • Knowledge of marketing automation and sales enablement best practices.

  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS and the unique challenges of high-growth companies.
