About the Role
You’ll be responsible for closing inbound leads who have already expressed interest in our program. These prospects will book Zoom calls with you via our funnel — your job is to show them the value of the program and enroll them as students.
Sales are capped at 100 units per quarter, split between 1–2 closers. The price we sell at is $2400 USD. That means your on-target earnings (OTE) are approximately:
- 50 sales per quarter = ~$7,500/month
- (50 sales x $2,400 x 15% commission = $18,000 per quarter)
Responsibilities
- Host Zoom sales calls with warm leads (no cold outreach)
- Understand and clearly explain the 52 Week Guitar Player program
- Qualify prospects and guide them to a confident buying decision
- Follow up with leads as needed to complete the sale
- Track calls, performance, and CRM updates consistently
Compensation Structure
- 15% commission per sale
- Paid as client payments are collected
- For payment plans (2x $1,200 or 3x $800), you’re paid 15% of each installment as it’s collected
- Example: 2x $1,200 = 2x$180 (paid after each installment)
- Example: 3x $800 = 3x$120 (paid after each installment)
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience closing high-ticket offers via Zoom ($2K+)
- Strong emotional intelligence, listening, and objection-handling skills
- Self-motivated, consistent, and coachable
- Passion or appreciation for music is a plus – guitar-playing experience is a strong bonus
- Available to work U.S./Canada time zones
