
Project Manager Design III

Responsibilities
Lead multiple concurrent projects of varying size and complexity
Produce detailed documentation for engineering projects, including firmware and cloud integrations
Maintain end to end technical specifications across hardware, firmware, software, and cloud services
Coordinate cross functional teams (hardware, firmware, software, cloud, QA, operations) to achieve project objectives
Enable effective information flow among internal teams and external stakeholders
Identify, mitigate, and remove project risks and roadblocks (technical, resource, dependency)
Plan, track, and report on schedules, risks, progress, and project metrics
Deliver large, complex programs involving embedded platforms and cloud based services within defined timelines
Incident Management
Act as Incident Coordinator during major incidents, ensuring effective end to end management
Lead incident triage, engage appropriate technical and business teams, and drive timely resolution
Organize and facilitate war rooms / bridge calls with clear ownership, accountability, and progress tracking
Provide consistent communication to stakeholders, leadership, and impacted users throughout the incident lifecycle
Ensure accurate incident logging, prioritization, SLA compliance, and documentation
Oversee root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure post incident actions are implemented
Support and drive high priority incidents to closure, minimizing business impact
Qualifications
12+ years of experience managing engineering projects, including firmware centric or embedded systems
4–6 years of project or team leadership experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Advanced proficiency with project management tools and applications
Solid understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change)
Proven experience coordinating P1/P2 incidents in complex enterprise environments
Process driven, calm under pressure, and highly effective in cross functional coordination
Preferred Qualifications
Experienced project manager delivering software projects from concept to production
Proven ability to manage highly complex initiatives (tight schedules, evolving scope, competing priorities)
Advanced knowledge of engineering disciplines (software, hardware, firmware) or project management methodologies
Proficiency with Clarity and JIRA
Experience managing projects with increasing technical and organizational complexity
Demonstrated leadership of large, cross functional programs
PMP certification
Scrum Master certification (PSM or CSM)
Experience in gaming, regulated, or high availability device environments
