Part-time Shopify Admin - Building Supply BFF

About Building Supply BFF:

We're pride ourselves on being the easiest place to buy commercial building accessories. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Part-time Shopify Admin to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting our daily operations and ensuring our online store runs smoothly.

Position Overview:

We're looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy individual with a strong background in e-commerce and Shopify platform management. Your expertise in order management, customer support, and data analysis will drive the success of our online presence and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Custom Quotes and Order Management:

  • Efficiently create, manage, and send custom quotes to clients.

  • Send purchase orders to manufacturers and follow up as necessary.

  • Update fulfillment statuses promptly to ensure accurate order tracking.

  • Manage and pay invoices in a timely manner.

Catalog and Customer Support:

  • Create and modify Shopify store data to keep our catalog up-to-date and accurate.

  • Collaborate with partners to troubleshoot and resolve any issues.

  • Open and manage support tickets to resolve problems efficiently.

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries, providing exceptional support and guidance.

Reporting and Optimization:

  • Generate weekly and monthly reports covering sales, inventory, profit, and other key metrics.

  • Organize and simplify processes to create systems that scale our business effectively.

  • Schedule and prioritize tasks for the CEO, ensuring that critical tasks are addressed promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with Shopify and managing e-commerce stores.

  • Strong ability to create, manage, and analyze reports.

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to create systems to scale operations.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.

  • A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
