
Senior Customer Engagement Marketing Manager
Description/Responsibilities
Burnalong – an online health, wellness and fitness platform that provides immersive online programming and personalized experiences – was recently acquired by Tivity Health to accelerate digital transformation, support diverse populations, and address chronic disease. This is an exciting step that will allow us to combine capabilities and continue empowering people with solutions that create healthier, happier, more connected lives.
About the role:
In this high-impact, high-visibility role, you'll be a change-maker for our clients who need higher levels of engagement with the Burnalong product. With a growth rate of 100%+ YoY, we need someone who can roll up their sleeves, dive into execution, and help shape our client marketing strategy as we continue to expand.

Key Responsibilities:
Craft world class engagement campaigns for Burnalong’s corporate customers and strategic partners
Coordinate with the Marketing, Design, and Customer Success teams to execute on top priority projects to support our clients
Report on campaign performance to executive team
Attend and present marketing strategy and results on client meetings
Plan and execute regular customer communications that may include:
Emails, webinars, social posts, marketing portal updates, advocate marketing updates, direct mail and other tactics to inform customers of solution updates, promotions, joint marketing resources, education
Work with the events team to drive customer and user engagement at in-person events
Develop a plan for GTM strategy for new customers and ongoing marketing activities with strategic technology and solutions partners across our global network
Field incoming co-marketing requests, identify new areas of opportunity, and prioritize activities according to impact and reach

Qualifications
Experience with campaign building, email marketing and cross-functional collaboration
Extraordinary verbal and communication skills
Solid understanding of split testing and data-driven marketing campaigns
Well versed in Marketing Automation tools (Experience with Braze is a plus)
Ability to produce high quality content under tight deadlines
Account management experience is a plus
