😎 Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Content Marketer who is an expert wordsmith with a knack for turning audio and video content into compelling written content that converts into attention and clicks.
As our Senior Content Marketer, you’ll lead our efforts in turning our client video and audio recordings (podcast episodes, YouTube videos, and short-form videos) into transcripts, and then from transcripts into polished written content across formats - social media posts, newsletters, blog posts, episode summaries, episode show notes, YouTube title ideas, YouTube chapter titles, and more.

You are a modern full-stack Senior Content Marketer, which means you are incredibly versatile in the formats, platforms, and channels you can create written content for.
You have the ability to create written content that captures and holds the audience's attention across the channels that buyers hang out on today - social, newsletters, podcasts, YouTube, and also blog posts (when clients want them).
We are not looking for someone that has their main experience or expertise in writing keyword-based SEO articles.
You are also equally talented at creating written content from scratch as you are at using AI tools to transform and enhance it, while still ensuring it still feels human (and that it was written by a human).
⏰ Hours
Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (your local time-zone).
💼 What You'll Do
Develop high-quality written assets from the podcasts and videos our clients have recorded (i.e. you will create social posts, newsletters, episode summaries, episode title ideas, chapter titles, etc.)
Identify the best moments from podcasts and videos that could make for compelling short-form videos for social (i.e. selecting the most actionable insight moments, best story moments, etc.)
Conduct thorough QA of all written assets and transcriptions for accuracy
Deliver these written assets for clients using templates and tools such as Google Sheets and Google Slides
Monitor incoming requests and track due dates
✅ Requirements
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Exceptional copywriting skills (strong hooks, story flow, specificity, etc.)
Experienced in B2B content topics (sales, marketing, technology, and other technical categories)
An eye for tone, with the ability to identify and adhere to client brand voice and writing styles
Significant experience creating content for multi-channel distribution, including social (LinkedIn, X), newsletters, long-form content, repurposing of podcasts and videos into written content, and more
Comfort working with AI tools to help with drafting, editing, and polishing — without losing a skilled human touch
Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, manage multiple clients simultaneously
Crazy attention to detail. Like, crazy.
Proficiency in Slack and G Suite apps
Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Asana, Notion, etc.
