Remote Administration Assistant
Job Description Overview:
This remote, part-time, 1099 position is responsible for the general administration and customer support tasks (primarily in Zoho) for a Byron long-term client located in Atlanta, GA, USA for ~ 60-80 hours/month. We’re looking for a ready-to-go remote administration assistant already with remote work experience for US-based companies and with a comprehensive knowledge and experience of Zoho's diverse range of applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Finance, and others.
Required Availability:
~15-20 hrs/week
Flexible schedule, but should have daily availability during the EST regular office hours for client communications
Role Classification:
Independent Contractor, 1099
Designed as a long-term engagement as a dedicated VA
Requirements:
Education:
- A bachelor’s degree, ideally in business or a related field, is preferredWork Experience:
- 3+ years experience working in a remote capacity for a US-based company as a virtual assistant, executive assistant, operations assistant/manager, business administrator, or other relevant virtual positions
- Certification and experience with project management or CRM administration is a plusExceptional Communication Skills:

Core Responsibilities
Client and Program Management: Regularly update and manage client and program details, reflecting our commitment to excellence in team building and leadership development.
Development of Client Materials: Create materials such as confirmation kits and pre-event information packets.
Administrative Follow-Ups: Ensure all necessary documents, agreements, and questionnaires are received and conduct follow-ups as needed.
Event Coordination: Assist in the final stages of event planning, confirming all client needs are met.
Financial Oversight: Manage deposits, accounts receivable, and invoice processing.
Post-Event Engagement: Handle event follow-up communications, including thank you notes, photo sharing, and feedback collection.
Yearly Scheduling: Manage annual reminders and schedule updates.
Compensation:
Paid by the hour, based on actual hours worked and logged on the Byron task manager platform; estimated to be 60-80 hours/month
Hourly rate range of $8-14/hour depending on education, certifications, and aligned work experience.
Payout through direct wire transfer via Gusto Bimonthly (2 times a month)
