The Opportunity...

Centerfield is looking for entrepreneurial-minded individuals to fill the role of Social Media Buyer. You will be working with other media buyers and managing your own Facebook Ads campaigns and budgets. If you have ever actively managed paid Facebook Ad campaigns, we’d like to talk to you! The major pre-requisite to this position is prior experience managing direct response campaigns with Facebook or Instagram Ads, either for a company or your own venture. You must have a passion for digital marketing and driving traffic online, and it must be clearly demonstrated through something you’ve done previously in your career. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of Facebook Ads along with an ability to scale and optimize campaigns to drive profitability. You'll be working with a group of highly driven, talented media buyers to optimize accounts across a variety of well-known clients.

How You'll Contribute...

  • Support overall social media strategy, planning and day-to-day execution/management across all social channels

  • Develop, manage and optimize comprehensive paid social campaigns, audiences and ads aligning with overall media strategy

  • Monitor day-to-day performance, conduct rigorous data analysis with an eye toward improving efficiencies and provide actionable insights

  • Build optimization models and continuously test audiences and creative to meet objectives

  • Proactively identify and action on channel optimization and growth opportunities within or outside current media plan

  • Conduct A/B testing on ad copy and landing pages to continue to refine and improve conversion

  • Extract campaign data & generate reports that summarize campaign performance to provide further actionable insights, communicating results with key stakeholders on a regular basis

  • Present campaign performance reports to direct and cross-functional teams

  • Manage social performance reporting process,

  • Utilize Excel (expertise in pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)

  • Extensive statistical analysis

What We're Looking For...

  • Proven experience with Facebook and Instagram with in-depth knowledge of the Facebook Ads platform and best practices (LinkedIn and Twitter are a plus)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy

  • Understanding of digital marketing KPIs and tactics to achieve marketing goals

  • A strong passion for social media, and well-versed in the latest social media trends

  • Be excited to grow and learn valuable skills with a fast-paced start-up

  • Extreme attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly moving environment

  • Be a creative thinker with strong organizational skills and flexibility to multitask

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a qualitative field such as economics, math, statistics, finance, etc.

Bonus Points...

  • Experience using Tableau

  • Entrepreneurial experience – starting your own online business, blog, etc.

  • Facebook Blueprint exposure preferred
