About the team/role

Reporting to the Director of GTM & Business Recruiting, the Senior GTM Recruiter will be responsible for developing recruiting strategies, partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring the absolute best talent for our Go-To-Market organization. This includes Direct Sales (SMB, Mid-Market & Enterprise), Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Account Management, Solutions Engineering and aligning Leadership roles (Director, Senior Director and VP). 

 What you’ll do

  • Hire top GTM talent while keeping a focus on providing a positive candidate experience. 

  • Be a strong negotiator and utilize your deep understanding of sales comp plans, including base, variable and equity to secure the best talent within parameters set by our Comp Team. 

  • Conduct research to map target companies and top talent for Checkr.

  • Provide the absolute strongest funnel and recommendations using various sources as well as your own network. 

  • Create unique and robust search strategies to identify and attract talent with a record of high-performance and impact 

  • Develop innovative ways to raise the bar on how Checkr recruits talent 

  • Build trust and credibility with senior leaders (VP, SVP, CRO) and perform as a subject matter expert and trusted strategic partner for recruitment

  • Lead client update meetings on active searches while facilitating on-site and virtual interviews, participating in debriefs, performing 360 reference checks, and presenting employment offers on behalf of Checkr 

  • Be a proactive and effective communicator. 

  • Assist in the recruitment for non-GTM roles as needed

 What you bring

  • 8 + years of experience in recruiting with 5 + years in GTM or Sales Recruiting in a fast paced or hyper-growth software or technology environment

  • Well versed in all aspects of GTM including search/market strategy, creative candidate sourcing, pipeline generation and development, business partnerships and offer negotiation (agency experience is a plus!) 

  • A track record of success in recruiting and a strong reputation for delivering results in a team environment

  • A goal oriented and data-driven mindset

  • The ability to develop diverse and inclusive slates of candidates

We use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop ranges for our roles and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range. If this role is remote, we have listed the top to the bottom of the possible range, but we will specify the target range for an exact location when you are selected for a recruiting discussion. The salary range for this role is $120,611 to $251,045
