About the Team
The Clari revenue marketing team is chartered to drive global pipeline creation and acceleration through strategic campaigns, tailored programs, innovative digital marketing, and impactful events directly supporting revenue goals. Aligning with product, sales, and customer success teams, we customize our programs to meet the needs of our accounts and ensure consistent growth and sustained success across all markets.
About the Role
As the Lead ABM Manager, you will design and execute data-driven ABM campaigns that target high-value accounts across our global footprint. This role focuses on engaging prospects and customers through personalized marketing strategies that drive pipeline growth and revenue generation. You will be pivotal in orchestrating one-to-few and one-to-many campaigns, working in close partnership with cross-functional teams such as product marketing, sales, and revenue development representatives (RDRs) to ensure seamless execution and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement targeted ABM strategies to drive engagement, pipeline, and bookings for key accounts, using both acquisition and expansion approaches
Identify and prioritize target accounts in collaboration with sales and marketing, tailoring campaigns across one-to-few and one-to-many frameworks
Lead the execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns across email, digital ads, webinars, and content syndication, and partner with our regional marketing and events teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling, account-specific content, assets, and creative design that resonate with key personas, including revenue operations leaders, sales leadership, and C-level executives.
Align closely with sales teams to ensure consistent messaging, build effective sales enablement materials, and track the progression of accounts through the funnel
Own ABM performance reporting by monitoring KPIs such as engagement, pipeline generation, deal velocity, and revenue impact, with continuous optimization to improve results
Leverage ABM platforms (6Sense/RollWorks), marketing automation, and CRM tools (Marketo, Salesforce) to track campaign success, provide insights, and iterate on strategies
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging ABM technologies to refine and enhance the ABM playbook
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in account-based marketing, demand generation, or closely related fields within B2B SaaS or tech marketing
Deep understanding of ABM strategies and tactics, with expertise in managing personalized campaigns across multiple channels
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and revenue goals through targeted account-based campaigns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in creating campaign materials, including landing pages and ad copywriting.
Strong ability to collaborate across departments, especially with sales teams, to align strategies and ensure account progression
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, tight deadlines, and complex campaigns
Experience working with ABM platforms (e.g., 6Sense, RollWorks), marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Highly data-driven and detail-oriented, with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and optimize accordingly

It is Clari’s intent to pay all Clarians competitive wages and salaries that are motivational, fair, and equitable. The goal of Clari’s compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees and encourage employees to stay and grow at Clari.
Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to specific work location, skill set, depth of experience, education and certifications.
The salary range for this position is $135,000 to $165,000. The compensation package for this position also includes stock options and company-paid benefits, including well-being and professional development stipends.
