Marketing Manager

About Clarity Pediatrics

Clarity Pediatrics is reimagining pediatric chronic care, starting with ADHD. Over 11% of American children are diagnosed with ADHD, and for parents it can feel impossible to get the right care. We are building a virtual pediatric ADHD clinic that takes pediatric specialty care from a complex journey to a clear path forward. Our clinical model is innovative, accessible, and delivers exceptional health outcomes to transform a child’s trajectory. In the future, our pediatric care platform will expand to other common chronic conditions.

Our co-founders and leadership team have deep commitment to clinical excellence and domain expertise in healthcare. Our CEO, Christina LaMontagne, has led two startups to >$100M in ARR and profitability and earned her MBA at Harvard Business School. Our Chief Medical Officer, Alesandro Larrazabal, MD, trained at UCSF and Stanford. Until recently, he was a Medical Director building specialty care services at Kaiser Permanente. Earlier, he worked at IDEO.

We are venture-backed and are proud to work with the same investors who supported category-defining health-tech companies like One Medical, Hims, Cityblock, Honor, and Tia. We attracted angels from the world’s top digital health companies like Livongo, Ginger, Hims, Quartet, Pill Club and more.

About the Role

As the first Marketing Manager at Clarity Pediatrics, you will help us build and share the Clarity Pediatrics story with pediatricians, educators and parents — one email, postcard, conference, and social post at a time. This role reports to and works in close partnership with Clarity’s Head of Commercial and is ideal if you’re an early career marketer who wants to own more of the day-to-day or are someone looking to break into healthtech from an adjacent path. You should enjoy working on diverse projects and have a passion for content development, sales enablement, and generating qualified demand through experiments across multiple channels and mediums.

Play a pivotal part in establishing Clarity Pediatrics’ early reputation and trust. By working across audiences and channels, you’ll help build a brand that resonates and motivates.

You will help define a new standard in pediatric health. We want the experience of pediatrics to feel different for all key stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to help evolve our vision and work cross functionally to implement your ideas.

Influence the culture and trajectory of our company. We are a young and inclusive team, and we value your ambition to help shape all aspects of the company.

Impact a child’s health, and you can influence a lifetime of better health. This is a chance to build scalable infrastructure and applications that bring health to >25M American families.
