The Opportunity

The Head of Social owns CoinPoker’s social media strategy, growth, and performance across all platforms (X, Instagram, Telegram, Discord).

• Primary objective: audience growth and commercial contribution of social.

• Sets growth strategy, owns content calendar, directs publishing operations.

• Builds and manages the social team, ensuring consistent standards.

• Requires strong poker knowledge and deep understanding of platform algorithms, distribution mechanics, and content formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Own CoinPoker’s social growth strategy across all platforms.

• Define audience, content mix, and growth targets for each channel.

• Collaborate with content team to request video formats and coordinate calendars.

• Own the social content calendar and publishing operation.

• Ensure content is packaged, timed, and formatted for each platform’s algorithm.

• Oversee country-specific accounts, ensuring localized content aligned with global strategy.

• Build, manage, and develop the social team.

• Own CoinPoker’s community presence and voice across Telegram, Discord, and X.

• Establish metrics frameworks, report follower growth, reach, and commercial contribution.

Highly Desired Knowledge & Experience

• Proven track record of growing social audiences across multiple platforms.

• Deep knowledge of platform algorithms and distribution mechanics.

• Strong understanding of poker, with credibility to direct content/community voice.

• Experience building and managing social teams.

• Experience managing brand community presence in real time, including sensitive situations.
