Lead Generation Manager

We're looking for an ambitious, well-communicative and positive person who wants to further advance their career in this field.

Responsibilities:

  • Correspond with prospects via LinkedIn and email threads, provide pre-qualification for leads, handle objections, nurture demand, create lead cards, and perform other related tasks

  • Identify and engage with new potential clients

  • Conduct cold outreach and correspondence with prospects through LinkedIn and email

  • Nurture demand and build relationships with leads

  • Qualify leads and transfer them to the Sales department via CRM; manage the CRM system daily

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Managers and Business Development Managers

  • Perform professional social network research (LinkedIn, Facebook, AngelList, Quora, contact databases, Similarweb, etc.) to identify opportunities

  • Prepare regular reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Fulfill other tasks related to lead generation as needed

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher)

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Highly organized, responsible, and goal-oriented

  • Motivated to improve analytical and communication skills, with a willingness to take initiative and responsibility

Nice to have:

  • Understanding of the software industry is a plus

  • Experience in lead generation, sales, marketing, or digital-related roles in other industries or niches

  • Familiarity with CRM or sales tracking systems

  • Interest in cryptocurrencies, FinTech, and emerging technologies
