We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced social media marketing manager to join our dynamic team. As one of key players in our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving whole social media strategy, with a strong focus on Linkedin, B2B marketing, and the crypto/payments/fintech industries

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategy for B2B, align it with general marketing & PR strategy

• Work closely with the PR Lead, Content, Brand, Performance and WebDev Marketing Teams to develop holistic creative communications campaigns

• Thoroughly plan all the activities due to Strategy and suspecting results 

• Produce high-quality, engaging, original content that can be used cross-platform, or work with contractors and agencies on its creation 

• Define the most important social media KPI

• Create a regular posting schedule and promote content through social media advertising to ensure brand consistency among all social media platforms

• Build up an engaged audience within our core target audiences and pillars of work

• Engage and build communities 

• Track efficiency results on Reach, Engagement Rate, Subscribers, and correlation with general strategy and communication plan

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in the related majors

• At least 3 years of experience in Social Media Management in Company, or in Agency

• Excellent English skills

• Experience in the fintech, payments, crypto is highly appreciated 

• Well-versed with the major social media platforms

• Experience in B2B  (priority) and B2C (secondary) marketing approaches

• Clear and concise style of communication, with a creative/fun spin when relevant

• Energy and willingness to changes and system shift
